What are Magnesium Oxide SIP's
MTL Magnesium Oxide SIPs are a premium building material that combine and simplify the structural and insulation elements of a building envelope to Passive House standards.
The panels outer structure is Magnesium Oxide, which is a strong, impact resistant mineral based construction product.
The boards have a Class A fire rating, are highly water resistant, fire retardant and anti-microbial.
The thermal core comprises of Elastapor ® H PUR foam insulation, developed by the world market leaders BASF with a density of up to 50kgm3, providing superb insulation values reducing energy costs by up to 60%.
